Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order in proceedings of the 2nd respondent herein, the Executive Officer, Naduvattam Town Panchayat in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.388/2019 dated 17.06.2021 pursuant to the show-cause notice in proceedings of the 2nd respondent in proceedings in Ref Na.Ka.No.388/2019 dated 10.06.2021 and quash the same as vitiated and consequently grant such other relief as deemed fit and proper by this Court in the facts and circumstances of the case and award costs.
