O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) Though, an application for bail has been filed, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to issue a direction to the concerned Special Judge to complete the trial at the earliest. He would submit that all the accused are in bail.

The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner was found in illegal transportation of 500 kgs of ganga by using ambulance.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsels, the learned Trial Judge is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.39/2020, preferably within a period of five months from the date of lifting of lockdown or the commencement of Court's normal functioning, which ever is earlier.
