Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is sought in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 14.02.2021 & 21.05.2021.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 14.02.2021 & 21.05.2021, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. In case, the representation has to be considered by any other Officer, the second respondent may forward the representations of the petitioner to the concerned Officer and the Officer concerned may pass appropriate orders as per the directions of this Court in this order.
