ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.V.Navaneethakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondent No.4.

2. The petitioner alleges encroachment on the government public pathway.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General submits that the respondent authorities would conduct a survey of the subject property and depending upon report of the survey, further steps would be undertaken.

In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
