These petitions have been filed praying to accept the cause title as set out in the petitions.

It is averred in the petitions that the first defendant, S. Govindaraj has passed away and his legal heirs are already on record. Further, it is averred in the petitions that the address of the second petitioner as well as address of some of the respondents have been changed. Under the said circumstances, these petitions have been filed. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the petitions as well as nature of relief sought therein, these petitions can be allowed. In fine, both the petitions are allowed.
