This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Cr.No.252 of 2023 registered by the first respondent police for offences under Section 174 of

Cr.P.C. @ 306 of IPC, as against the petitioner. 2.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.252 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police, final report has been filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate-II, Egmore, Chennai on 19.03.2025 and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
