Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 11.01.2015 and file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.130 of 2015 on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.01.2015. The said statement is recorded. 4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition.
