Petitioner/Respondent Vs.

1.Lakshmi 2.Arul Jothi @ Lokesh Kumar (Minor) .. Respondents/Petitioners This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. The learned counsel for the petitioner M/s. M. Gnanasekar and the learned counsel for the respondents M/s.M.Sophia are present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Both the parties and counsels represented petitioner has preferred present appeal, aggrieved against the order and maintenance order for the second respondent namely Minor Arul Jothi @ Lokesh Kumar. Now, both parties agreed to modify the order passed by the court below.

2.Accordingly, petitioner agrees to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) per month from the date of petition till 31st December 2015 and thereafter at Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two thousand and five hundred only) from 1st January 2016 for a period of five years. The arrears of the amount can be paid less already deposited in four equal installments and the first installment is payable in November 2015, second installment in February 2016, third installment May 2016 and the last installment in August 2016. The arrears of the amount and the current amount has to be sent to the account to be opened in the name of the minor regularly. The first respondent is directed to give intimation to the petitioner, the account no as well as the bank branch etc., 3.

The petitioner wants to visit his child outside the house of the first respondent once in a month on the last sunday. Both the parties should co-operate in carry out the order smoothly without any problem. Hence, Criminal Revision Petition is ordered accordingly.
