2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow the petition and the same is allowed and the order of dismissal passed on 27.02.2019 is set aside and the Crl.O.P.No.12570 of 2014 is restored to file. 4.Post this case along with Crl.O.P.Nos.6684/2016, 1453/2018, 6413/2019 after eight weeks.
