2. In view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Pursuant to my order dated 19.06.2025, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge has forwarded her report to the Registry of this Court requested time for one month to dispose of the GWOP. No. 359/2021.

4. Recording the said report of the learned Sessions Judge, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to dispose the GWOP. No. 359/2021 on merits and in accordance with law within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
