Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records pertaining to the impunged allotted list mop up round for the post graduate Medical(Government Quota) Course 2020-2021 session dated 21.08.2020 issued by the 3rd respondent herein and quash the same in so far as the selection of the 6th respondent in the M.S.General Surgery Course at Villupuram Medical College Villupuram and consequently direct the respondent to allot the said M.S.General Surgery Seat in Villupuram Medical College to the petitioner herein.
