2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for R1 submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and Final Report is also filed. Therefore, the prayer sought for in these petitions become infructuous. 4.Recording the said submission made by learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), these petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.10.2023.
