(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate forum and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under:
"In view of the order dt.11.8.2015 in W.P.No.19612/2015 directing locking and sealing of only 3rd & 4th floor, the present writ petition pertains to second floor only, hence, the present writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty."
In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforestated, if so advised.
