Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 20/3/2017 and to direct the first and second respondents to provide the entire statement of loan account No.471616761 & 471617164 from the date of the loan to till the date and further to return bank the original title deeds of the petitioner and No due due certificate and also to pay back the excess amount collected from the petitioner in connection with the above mentioned loan accounts. (Order of the Court was made by S.Manikumar,J) Petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents, to consider the representation, dated 20/3/2017 and to direct the first and second respondents, to provide the entire statement of loan account Nos.471616761 & 471617164 and to return the original title deeds and No due certificate and also to pay back the excess amount collected from the petitioner, in connection with the above mentioned loan accounts.
2. Without going into the merits of the case, when the prayer was put across to the learned counsel appearing for the Bank, Mrs.S.R.Sumathy, submitted that details relating to the loan account Nos.471616761 & 471617164, would be furnished, within two weeks, from today. As of now, we are not granting any direction, to return the original documents and to pay the excess amount, if any, collected from the petitioner.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
