ORDER

Pursuant to order dated 03.07.2025, after despatching private notice to the respondent, the intending appellant has filed an affidavit of service dated 22.07.2025 stating that the papers were served on the respondent on 09.07.2025. The track consignment report annexed to the affidavit corroborates the statement that service was effected on 09.07.2025. In spite of service of notice, the respondent is not represented.

2. The petition is for the condonation of delay of 17 days in filing the appeal. In the affidavit in support of the petition, it is stated that thorough technical analysis was required for preparing and filing the appeal.

3. Upon considering such reason and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order. 22.07.2025 kj 2/3
