Heard Mr.K.Rajasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate for respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2012.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that in the patta granted by the respondent/authority, the name of the 3rd parties, who have no action with the property have been included. 4.Though the petitioner has made some allegations against those 3 rd parties, they are not impleaded as respondents in the Writ Petition. Therefore, the merits of the allegation made by the petitioner as against those 3rd parties cannot be gone into. However, it is seen that the representation is pending before the 5th respondent.
5. In the light of the above, without going into the petitioner's claim, there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to those persons in whose name the patta stands and conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
With the above observation, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
