The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 8 herein to ensure smooth and peaceful functioning of the Chithirai Festival which was conducted at A/m.Ayyanarappan Temple situated in Vembaneri, Pudupalayam Village, Edappadi Taluk, Salem District - 636 306 without the hindrance of the respondents 9 to 14 herein or any other persons from claiming any special honours.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing it is brought to the notice of this Court that though the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking the aforesaid relief, however, the Chithirai Festival which is said to have been conducted at A/m.Ayyanarappan Temple had already been completed in the Page No.3 of 6
year 2019 itself. Hence, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition.
3. In the light of the above, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law and accordingly, the present writ petition is closed. No costs.
