This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation of the case in Cr.No.426 of 2024 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent police to CCB or CBCID or any other independent agency.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent police 2/5

submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and a final report has been filed before the Metropolitan Magistrate X, Egmore, in Sr.No.33596 of 2025.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report, he is at liberty to challenge the same, in the manner known to law.
