O R D E R

On 21.07.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already handed over the bundle to the petitioner, hence the matter was directed to be listed today i.e, 28.07.2016, by printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list, if any vakalat is not filed on behalf of the petitioner.

Even today, i.e, 28.07.2016, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the counsel. Therefore, the criminal revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
