ORDER

The present Writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 07.02.2020 to temporarily disconnect the agriculture power connection.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is having agriculture power connection under the Service No.536-010-162. However, he is presently out stationed. It is his grievance that somebody is using his agriculture power connection. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 07.02.2020 which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without expressing any merits on this case, directs the respondents to 2/4

consider the petitioner representation dated 07.02.2020 and pass appropriate order(s) on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

9. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
