O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is a direction to direct the first respondent i.e., Chief Educational Officer, Thiruvarur to issue appropriate orders to re-employ the petitioner in his superannuation vacancy of B.T.Assistant in Government Higher Secondary School, Thirumangalam, Nagapattinam District for the period of 01.03.2013 to 31.05.2013 with all attendant benefits.

2. This Court at the time of admission passed an interim order on 31.01.2013 directing the respondents to allow the petition to continue till the end of the academic year.

3. The grievances of the writ petitioner had already been redressed. If the benefits are not settled, in respect of the period in which the writ petitioner have served, the same shall be settled without any further delay.

4. Accordingly, writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
