5 RAJAMMAL 6 MARIAPPAN, Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ, order or direction particularly in the nature of writ, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action to remove the encroachment caused by the respondents 5, 6 and others over the public road comprised in SF.No.44, 45/1 and 51/1 at Konamaduvu Village, Salem District Within an appropriate time (in WP.No.11831 of 2020).
Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.NALLIYAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.KAMALESH KANNAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the 1st to 4th respondents, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

By proceedings dated 25.09.2020, this Court recorded the submission of the learned Government Advocate that respondents 1 to 4 would make an inspection on that day. This Court observed that the proposed inspection shall go on and the report has to be filed on the next date of hearing.

When the matter is called today, eventhough communication has been sent to the Tahsildar, Salem, the 3rd respondent, no response has come from him. In view of that, Tahsildar, Salem, shall appear before this Court through videoconferencing on 26.04.2021 along with the report regarding inspection conducted.
