Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to RELAX the bail condition that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police twice in a Month (i.e) on the 1st and 15th of Every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.5136 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.3493 of 2021 order dated 23.04.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 23.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5136 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.3493 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 23.04.2021 directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police twice in a month ie., on the 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above relaxation condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 23.02.2021 in Crl.OP.No.3493 of 2021 stand unaltered.
