This petition has been preferred to implead the Tahsildar, Pallavaram Taluk Office, Chrompet, Chennai - 600 044, as the sixth respondent in the writ petition.

In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in view of the statement of the learned Government Pleader (i/c.) that there is no objection to the Tahsildar, Pallavaram Taluk Office, Chrompet, Chennai - 600 044 being impleaded as the sixth respondent, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
