2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to refund the amount to a sum of Rs.30,500/- paid towards registration fee on 20.11.2022 under the Transaction ID 2240049834 and sum of Rs.4,05,000/- paid towards tuition fee on 31.11.2022 under the Transaction ID 2240079179, totalling to a sum of Rs.4,35,500/-. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 16.03.2026 to the respondent seeking to refund the amount of a sum of Rs.30,500/- paid towards registration fee and a sum of Rs.4,05,000/- paid towards tuition fee, totalling to a sum of Rs.4,35,500/-, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2026 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.
4.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to 2/4
consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2026, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
