CRIME NO.3437 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition, to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP.No.3975 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.20475 of 2020 dated 26.03.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.PRAKASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3975 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20475 of 2020 on 26.03.2021.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition already imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing.
