This petition has been filed to direct the respondent, particularly, the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that based on the complaint of one Yasodha, the respondent police are frequently calling the petitioner and harassing her. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by Yasodha was assigned C.S.R.No.658 of 2015 and on completion of enquiry, the said petition was closed. Therefore, absolutely, there is no intention on the part of the respondent police to harass the petitioner.
