PRAYER: This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to produce Pritha, Daughter of S. Karthikeyan, aged 24 years, No. 247/A, Bhavani Road, Anthiyur, Erode, herein from wrongfully confined by the 3rd respondent produce before this Court.

O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing". 2.When the matter is called today, the petitioner as well as the alleged detenue Pritha, who is the daughter of the 3rd respondent appeared through Video Conferencing from Bangalore. been in love with his wife, the detenue herein for many years. Since, the parents of the detenue opposed for their marriage, in the presence of petitioner's parents, the marriage between the petitioner and the alleged detenue namely Pritha was celebrated on 26.08.2020 at Chennimalai Murugan Temple, Erode District and presently they are living in Bangalore. The detenue would also submit that she would get the marriage registered at the earliest.

3.Even before notice is ordered to the third respondent, it has come to the knowledge of this Court that the petitioner and the alleged detenue got married and hence there is no necessity for ordering notice to the 3rd respondent. Accordingly, this petition has become infructuous even before notice is being ordered.

4.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
