Gnanadesikan Law Associates, learned counsel on record for the petitioners and Dr.R.Gowri, learned Standing Counsel for the Tamil Nadu Housing Board.
2. This is a petition filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to the petitioners to vacate and hand over possession of the respective accommodation given on rental basis to the petitioners.
3. The challenge to the eviction proceedings by the petitioners was rejected by us in W.A.No.530 of 2019 etc.
batch. The special leave petitions filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the said common judgment were also dismissed on 20.4.2019.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as of now, all the petitioners have vacated the premises and nothing survives for consideration in this petition.
5. For the said reasons, the above miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
