C.M.P.Nos.10117, 10118 & 10120 of 2021 in SA.No.1577 of 2010 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.10117 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 2 to 6 as the legal representatives of the sole respondent Ramachandran, and rank them as the respondents 2 & 6 in the above Second Appeal.

C.M.P.No.10118 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent Ramachandran in the above Second Appeal.

C.M.P.No.10120 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 90 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent Ramachandran in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent stated No Objection in ordering these petitions.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, and also taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the either side these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
