Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records in pursuant of sale certificate issued by the 1st respondent in Documents No.5504 of 2011, dated 15.09.2011 in E.P.No.258 of 2002 and quash the same and consequently, put the possession of the petitioner in Kothamangalam Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Sakthi Sub Register, Gopichettipalayam, New No.S.F.No.42/7, 0.87.5 hectare, S.F.No.42/8, 0.60.5 hectare, S.F.No.42/6 0.41.0 hectare, S.F.No.44/3, 1.45.0 hectare and total extent of 3.34 hectare along with the path way and other rights.
