ORDER

The petitioner, who is a tenant, has filed I.A. No.3 of 2025 in O.S. No.180 of 2025 before the District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai, seeking an order of injunction, contending that the defendants are attempting to put up construction in the suit property. However, the trial Court has adjourned the interlocutory application for filing counter without disposing of the same within a reasonable time. Hence, the petitioner seeks a direction for speedy disposal of the said application.

2. Heard, MS.H.MARY SOWMI REXI, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A. No.3 of 2025 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
