A.No.2398 of 2024 O.P. No.651 of 2021 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J This Application has been filed seeking permission to examine the attesting witness through video conference by the learned Master.

It is stated that the witness is a senior citizen of advanced age and it would not be possible for him to travel from Delhi to Chennai.

The respondents have also given their consent for grant of final relief in the petition.

Taking all the factors into consideration, this Application stands allowed. The learned Master may examine the attesting witness through video conferencing and fix a date according to his convenience for that purpose.

List the matter before this Court after recording evidence.
