Writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to register the document namely the Deed of Sale dated 26.10.2008, presented for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

registration in respect of the property, house, ground and premises bearing Door No.6/1, Sivan Koil South Street, Kodambakkam, Chennai comprised in T.S.No.101, Block No.8, Paimash No.149 of Puliyur Village, measuring an extent of 486 Sq.ft., without insisting for NOC.

2.Heard both sides.

3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the relief sought for in the writ petition no longer exists. As the second respondent failed to register the sale deed due to the fact that the petitioner could not obtain the No Objection Certificate, the sale transaction could not be completed between the seller and buyer within the time agreed between them.
