The parties have agreed upon and submitted a joint revised memo in respect of the revised schedule. By taking the said schedule into account, the following revised schedule is fixed:

Examination of PW1, PW2 and DW1 : between 12.09.2022 and 15.12.2022.

The Proof affidavit of PW2 and DW1 shall be served on learned counsel for the counter party at least one day prior to the commencement of the examination.

List before the learned Additional Master I on 12.09.2022 for recording evidence as per the above schedule.
