This petition has been filed to direct the direct the 2nd respondent to appoint some other independent House Station Officer except 5th respondent to further investigate Crime No.2882 of 2015 dated 01.09.2015 pending on the file of the 5th respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by this petitioner, a case in Crime No.2882 of 2015, under Section 341, 294[b], 325, 506[ii] IPC has been registered against the accused herein and the investigation is in progress.

4. The case of the petitioner is that, investigation is going on snail's pace and that, the police should have include Section 420 IPC also. It is also contended that, police should have include some of the persons as accused.

5. Since investigation is in progress, such a direction as prayed for by the petitioner, cannot be granted. It is always open to the police to include the names of the persons involved in the offence, if evidence surfaces against them during investigation.
