ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pursuant to the Crime No.520 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent Police and quash the same in so far as the petitioners/accused - 1, 3, 5 & 6 is concerned by allowing the Criminal Original Petition.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed and taken on file in S.C.No.23 of 2023, Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, Tiruvannamalai, and pending for trial. 3.In view of the completion of investigation, filing of final report and taking cognizance of the offence by the Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, 2/5

Tiruvannamalai, this Court is not inclined to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.520 of 2022.
