ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has taken up Special Leave Petition for hearing and made an observation that the petitioner herein shall not precipitate the Contempt Petition pending before the High Court.

2. In view of the fact that the Special Leave Petition is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
