ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the case against the said Veerasiman, son of Sarangabani, take appropriate action as per law, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.09.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 17.09.2015 with the third respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending.

4. Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent police and co-operate with the enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and take action expeditiously in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above directions.
