3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to issue Nativity Certificate, for which, she made an application on 21.07.2020. Her grievance is that the said application has not been considered so far.
4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the second respondent to decide the same. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the second respondent to consider the application dated 21.07.2020 filed by the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
