3. The learned counsel for the second respondent has no objection for the order, dated 27.03.2023 being set aside and the appeal being restored to file.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and C.M.A.No.1825 of 2019 is restored to file.
