Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. 2.Compliance report has been filed by the respondent. The relevant portion is extracted hereunder:

7.It is submitted that based on the order of the Hon'ble High Court, madras, on 15.08.2024 at about 10.30 hours, Tr.K.G.Sivakumar, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Avinashi, N.Suseela, Inspector of Police, Kunnathur Police Station along with 12 police parties and Revenue Officials given police protection to fencing the land in Old Survey No.168 and R.S.No.27/2A2, Chinnagounder Valasu Village of the petitioner and complied the order of this Hon'ble High Court, Madras.

3.In the light of the above, this contempt petition stands closed. 4.It is stated that the order has been obtained in the writ petition by suppressing materials facts and accordingly, the 3rd respondent in the writ petition has filed a petition to recall the order.
