Prayer:- Petitions are filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw O.P.Nos.3606 and 4052 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court - VI, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Perambalur.

VA VU SI Vazhakagam For Respondent : Mr.K.Azhagu Raman C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions are filed to withdraw O.P.Nos.3606 and 4052 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court - VI, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Perambalur.

2.At the time of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is working and residing only in Chennai and only for the purpose of filing the Tr.C.M.P., she has shown her address as Perambalur. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner's office is situate in Chennai, she is permitted to work from home and at present, she is residing only at Krishnapuram, Perambalur. This Court directed the petitioner to produce the document to that effect.

4.After taking number of adjournments, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.06.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

5.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

6. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
