The petitioner has filed this petition to call for the records relating to impugned sale notice dated 19.03.2025 of 1st respondent issued in Form 8 & 9 under Rule 126(2)(e) of Tamil Nadu Co-Operative societies Rules, 1998 and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
