Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and third respondents to consider the representation dated 06.05.2022 made by the petitioner herein to disburse the subsistence allowance for the suspension period from 19.02.2016 to 20.02.2018 pending with the third respondent. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent herein has not paid the subsistence allowance for the suspension period between 19.02.2016 and 20.02.2018.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, on written instructions, submitted that they are preparing to disburse the subsistence allowance payable to the petitioner for the suspension period between 19.02.2016 and 20.02.2018.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the third respondent, there shall be a direction to the third respondent herein to forthwith disburse the subsistence allowance for the suspension period between 19.02.2016 and 20.02.2018, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
