ORDER

The petitioners seek transfer of MCOP No.101 of 2022, pending on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Vaniyambadi, Thirupattur District to the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties are residing at Tiruvannamalai and the petitioners find it difficult to travel from Tiruvannamalai to Vaniyambadi to attend the proceedings and therefore filed the present petition seeking transfer of MCOP No.101 of 2022 from Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Vaniyambadi to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Tiruvannamalai..

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to transfer MCOP No.101 of 2022 from Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Vaniyambadi to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Tiruvannamalai.

4. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.369 of 2026 is allowed and the proceedings in MCOP No.101 of 2022 is withdrawn from the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Vaniyambadi and the same is transferred to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Tiruvannamalai.

5. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Vaniyambadi, Thirupattur District is directed to send the entire records relating to MCOP No.101 of 2022 to the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Tiruvannamalai.

6. On receipt of the records, the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Tiruvannamalai is directed to issue notice to both the parties and proceed with the matter.
