In pursuance of the order passed by the respondent no.2 dated 07.11.2014, the petitioner made a representation requesting for issuance of patta in her name. As the said representation dated 18.11.2014 has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 18.11.2014, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate orders, after hearing the petitioner as well as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent no.4, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
