Ramesh Sr. Counsel For Mr. S.Apunu, For R1 Mr. Balan Haridas For R2 To R6 COMMON ORDER When the matters were taken up for hearing learned counsel for the management and the unions in respective writ petitions submitted that the parties have reached an agreement and resolved the disputes between them. A copy of the settlement is also produced before this Court. In view of the same, this Court need not adjudicate the issues raised in the writ petitions.

2. The writ petitions stand allowed in terms of the 18(1) settlement dated 06.04.2025. The settlement shall form part of the records.

3. The management is directed to honour the settlement dated 06.04.2025 entered with the union. In view of the settlement reached between the parties, the awards passed by the Labour Court are set aside in the place of the award, the settlement would play its role.
