This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6359 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in C.C.No.3406 of 2023 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.XIII, Egmore and the case now stands posted on 15.05.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6359 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.XIII, Egmore on 15.05.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
