These applications have been filed seeking to restrain the Garnishee/fourth Respondent from making any payment up to a sum of Rs.10,52,092/- to the respondents 1 to 3 herein and to direct the garnishee/fourth respondent to deposit the said amount before this Court.

2. A memo has been filed by the applicant stating that on verification, they came to know that there is some amount due and payable by the garnishee/fourth respondent to the respondents 1 to 3 herein.

3. Earlier, on 27.04.2019, this Court had granted an order of injunction restraining the fourth respondent from making any payment from the receivables to the respondents 1 to 3. Pursuant to the said order, if any money is in the hands of the garnishee/fourth respondent, the same may be deposited into Court to the tune of Rs.10,52,092/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
